In our project that lasted for about 1.5 years, we collaborated with Karnaval and became the winner of the “Create New Opportunities” category of the Global HR Compass Awards. We achieved 12.000 listens, more than 3.500 total hours listened, and rising to the top 3 in the Turkish podcast list.

We had the opportunity to bring together educational and informative content that creates awareness on many topics, ranging from interview tips to the dynamics of business life, from mental health to socially responsible projects spreading globally, with listeners. Along with names such as Nilay Örnek, Beyhan Budak, and Murat Yeşildere, more than 20 leading guests shared their experiences and remarkable moments in their career journeys.
